We are so eternally grateful to reside in such a fantastic city! From the fun and interesting festivities throughout the year, to the marvelous food & wine scene, and the large variety of scenic locations to visit around Melbourne- we are lucky to have all this in one place!

As we are approaching Summer, and yes, our Summer is in December, January, & February; the warm weather is a delight for us and there are many fun events & things to do this Summer in Melbourne!


Old Melbourne Gaol – Melbourne’s historic jail built in the mid 1800’s.

Luna Park -Theme park in the hip seaside suburb of St. Kilda.

National Gallery of Victoria -A large art gallery with water fountains out the front, featuring thousands of remarkable pieces from ancient to modern times.

Queen Victoria Market -An iconic market that is home to hundreds and hundreds of small market stalls selling souvenirs and miscellaneous goods. The market is also known for selling excellent local produce such as fresh meats and vegetables.

Botanical Gardens -One of the most stunning gardens in Australia featuring many little ponds that are home to our Black Swans and many different plant species and environs from a cactus garden, to a herb garden, rainforest, to bamboo forest, and much more!

Shrine of Remembrance -A spectacular building, built similarly to an ancient Greek shrine, that is a dedication to every soldier in every war Australia has been in.


Mt. Dandenong & Puffing Billy Tour: Visit charming mountain towns, scenic view spots, pretty gardens, and experience a historic steam train ride through the lush forests of the Dandenongs!
